No, it's not necessary. Most clients let us in, show us around, and leave for work or errands. We can call you an hour before we finish. If you prefer to stay, that's fine too—we'll work without disturbing you.
Absolutely. For deep cleaning and post-renovation, we use professional certified detergents. If you have specific allergies, small children, or pets, please tell us when booking, and we will use our Eco-friendly/Hypoallergenic line exclusively.
It depends on the service:
For Deep Cleaning and Post-Renovation: NO. We bring all equipment (vacuums, floor polishers, ladders, detergents).
For Maintenance Cleaning: YES. We use your vacuum and solutions to maintain your preferred scent and prevent cross-contamination between households.
It depends on size and condition. Estimates:
1-2 room apartment (Deep Clean): 4 - 6 hours.
Post-Renovation: 6 - 8 hours (up to a full day for heavy dust/paint).
Maintenance: 3 - 4 hours.
We recommend calling 2-3 days in advance, especially for weekends or holidays. For emergencies (next-day service), give us a call and we'll try our best to fit you in.
