Yes. We sign a handover protocol. Our staff is vetted (background checks) and under confidentiality contracts. As a legal entity, we are contractually liable for any issues, providing more security than an individual cleaner.
No. We don't force you to stay. Contracts can be terminated with short notice (usually 15-30 days). However, our goal is a long-term partnership, so supervisors check our work periodically to ensure standards don't drop.
